Our Client has a need for a candidate with experience across HR Administration and payroll processing on a part-time basis, for an approximate 8 week period which may extend further.

Ideally you will offer experience with Recruitment functions such as:

Reviewing applications and resumes
n
Posting Job Vacancies on advertising platforms
n
Shortlisting candidates
n
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with multiple stakeholders
n
Conducting candidate screening calls and liaising with applicants
n
Conducting reference checks
n
Assisting with onboarding activities
n

Your role will also include supporting Payroll - end-to-end, where you will be working within a team and assisting as required.

n

This is a part time role across Monday - Wednesday, offering flexibility on working hours, therefore may suit someone needing a working day of 9am to 2pm or similar.

Essentially your background will include:

n

n
Previous experience in Recruitment or HR functions
n
Solid administrative skills
n
Confident people skills including written and verbal communication
n
Previous experience in end-to-end Payroll
n
A current Driver License and Transport with the capacity to work within an office environment 3 days a week
n
Desirable: previous experience with Kronos
n
