Boeing Defence Australia is recruiting a Training Scheduler Lead for the P-8A Poseidon Training team at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
You will coordinate training activity across Flight Crew, Mission Crew and Maintenance personnel, ensuring readiness and optimal use of training devices.
You will analyse system health and utilisation, prepare reports, and partner with training, operations, engineering and support teams to deliver a seamless training continuum in a rapid-paced defence setting.
