As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, organised, and skilled environment. You will manage front‐desk operations, support clinicians, and ensure smooth day‐to‐day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and manage check‐ins with a friendly, qualified manner

Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and manage appointment bookings

Coordinate clinician schedules and support daily workflow

Process payments, invoices, and Medicare/NDIS‐related administration

Maintain accurate client records and documentation
n
Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining services

Support general administrative tasks and clinic organisation

Promote services and assist with client conversions (sales experience highly regarded)

About You

Experience working in a Medical or Allied Health reception role (essential)
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Ability to manage a busy front desk with professionalism
n
Experience with appointment systems (e.g., Cliniko, Nookal, Halaxy) preferred
n
Sales or client‐conversion experience is a solid plus
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
