We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join an rapid growing, AI native SaaS vendor. This is a high impact role managing a genuinely differentiated platform into the HR & talent sector.

You'll own the full customer life cycle from onboarding to managing the relationship, working on AI product implementation, backed by a scaling product & growing team in Sydney.

What you'll be doing

Owning the full Customer life cycle from onboarding through to implementation.

Working closely with leadership, marketing, solutions and product teams to drive engagement & retention

What we're looking for

n

n
Experience as an Onboarding Manager,



Customer Success Manager or Implementation in SaaS.
n
Strong relationship building skills.
n
Experience dealing with AI, HR, talent or professional services businesses
n
Experience or desire to be in an earlier stage / scale up environment.
n
