Our client, a Sydney-based print and manufacturing business specialising in retail and supermarket signage, is seeking a hands-on Factory Supervisor to run the production floor, keeping jobs moving on time and safely while leading the team.
You will plan daily production across print, finishing and dispatch, supervise permanent and casual staff, and resolve bottlenecks to maintain quality and deadlines.
The role includes safety leadership and collaboration with Print/Prepress teams.
