Prestige Inhome Care is seeking experienced Disability Support Workersto provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, including Bondi, Randwick, Maroubra, Coogee, Kensington, Kingsford, Rose Bay, Double Bay, Paddington and surrounding areas.
This is an opportunity for a compassionate and experienced care professional who is passionate about supporting clients to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life at home.
About the Role:
As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide personalised support to clients with their daily living needs, including:
Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Supporting clients with showering, bathing, dressing and grooming
Toileting and continence management
Assisting clients with oral hygiene routines
Medication prompting
Supporting clients with eating and drinking
Assisting with mobility aids and equipment based on individual client needs
Supporting clients living with dementia, including using appropriate strategies to respond to resistance to care
Providing catheter and stoma care where required
Providing companionship, emotional support and assistance with community access where required
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Personal Care Attendant, Support Worker, or similar role within aged care, disability support, or home and community care
Experience providing personal care and supporting clients with complex care needs
Confidence assisting with catheter and stoma care (desirable)




Experience supporting clients living with dementia and understanding strategies to promote positive care outcomes
A relevant qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability Support, Nursing, or a related field
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle to travel between client appointments
Flexibility and availability to support short-hour services across the Eastern Suburbs
