The Role
This is a 12-month contract position, with the potential to become permanent.
You'll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 105 properties.
Following your initial onboarding and training period, the role transitions to be based from home, with 1 day per fortnight in our office to collect keys and check in with the team.
This is a high-trust, autonomous role suited to someone who is organised, accountable, and comfortable managing a portfolio independently — while staying connected with the team through structured systems and regular communication.
It suits someone who takes pride in managing a portfolio to a high standard without needing constant oversight.
You'll be supported by clear processes, a dedicated admin and VA team, and leadership that genuinely understands property management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Landlord and tenant relationship management
Leasing and tenant selection
Routine and final inspections
Lease renewals and rent review coordination
Maintenance coordination
Arrears management (with structured support)
Ensuring legislative compliance

About You
You'll ideally bring:
3 to 5+ years of residential property management experience, with experience managing your own portfolio end to end.
Current WA registration
Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation
Confident communication and conflict resolution skills
High attention to detail
A calm, steady and professional approach
Most importantly, you're looking for a long‐term home — not your next stepping stone.
Portfolio Location
Our current Property Manager is heading off on maternity leave, so we're looking for the right person to step into her well‐managed portfolio on a12-month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
You'll be taking over a tightly grouped portfolio across Wattle Grove, Forrestfield, High Wycombe, Victoria Park and surrounding South‐East Perth suburbs.
Our current Property Manager will provide a comprehensive handover and will remain available to support you and answer any questions throughout the transition.
We structure inspection days efficiently and are open to practical discussions for the right person.
