EXPERIENCED BATHROOM TILER WANTED – JOIN OUR NORTH BRISBANE EXPANSION
The Shower Dr is expanding our operations acrossBrisbane's Northside, and we're looking for an experiencedBathroom Renovation Tilerto join us for the long term.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants another tiling job.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Shower Dr is a Brisbane-based bathroom renovation and repair company, and we're entering an exciting period of growth acrossNorth Brisbane.
As part of this expansion, we're building a solid team of quality tradespeople who want to grow with us.
We're looking for an experienced tiler to take ownership of the tiling component of our complete residential bathroom renovations.
This isn't a role where you're expected to race through square metres and move onto the next job.
Our focus is on delivering a finished bathroom that bothyou and the customer are genuinely happy with.
Complete bathroom renovation tiling
Floor-to-ceiling wall tiling
Bathroom and shower floor tiling
Detailed tile set-outs and planning
Shower niches, shelves and feature areas
Creating correct falls to wastes
Grouting, silicone and finishing works
Working alongside our plumbers, carpenters,



electricians and other renovation trades
Communicating with your Project Manager throughout the project
Delivering a high-quality finished bathroom from start to finish
Our renovation projects are planned with realistic timelines and you'll have the support of a dedicated Project Manager throughout each job.

Technical ability matters, but so does the person behind it.
We're looking for someone who:
Is aqualified and experienced tiler
Has strong residential bathroom renovation experience
Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
Cares about the small details and the final result
Treats a customer's home with respect
Can confidently work through detailed bathroom set-outs
Communicates well when something on site doesn't look right
Works well alongside other trades
Brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to work
Is reliable and takes ownership of their projects
Wants to be part of a team rather than simply turn up and lay tiles
Is looking for astable, long-term position
We're building our North Brisbane operation for the future, so we're particularly interested in people who want tocome on the journey with us and become a long-term part of the team.
WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Our normal working hours are7am–3pm, Monday to Friday.

Our renovation timelines are planned realistically so you're given the opportunity to complete your work properly rather than constantly being pushed onto the next project.

You'll still have responsibility for attending our store and purchasing/collecting the materials and consumables required for your work as part of your day-to-day role.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Relevant tiling qualification
Strong bathroom renovation tiling experience
Current driver's licence
Basic tiling and grouting hand tools
Excellent attention to detail
Professional and friendly communication
Reliability and personal accountability
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
Most importantly,we want someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job.
