Alpine Shire Council is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to lead and continually improve the service offered by our Customer Service team.
You will ensure a outstanding experience for residents, businesses and visitors, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
The role requires a passion for customer service, plus the ability to manage rostering and day-to-day operations in Bright.
This is a permanent full-time position with Band 6 classification, based in the Alpine Shire region.
