We are currently seeking a Japanese-Speaking Junior Accountant to join a growing and dynamic team.
This position is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of accounting experience who is eager to develop their technical accounting skills and build a long-term career in the profession.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Transaction Processing
Process daily accounting transactions and journal entries
Maintain accurate general ledger records
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Process supplier invoices and payments
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts
Reconciliations
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Reconcile supplier statements and balance sheet accounts
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Financial Reporting Support
Assist with the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements




Support BAS preparation and other compliance reporting requirements
Contribute to month‐end and year‐end processes
Team Support
Assist senior accountants with audit preparation
Support payroll processing activities
Provide general administrative and ad hoc support as required
Skills & Experience
Native or business‐level Japanese language skills
Solid understanding of Japanese business culture and communication styles
1 to 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Accounting qualification (Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent) preferred
Experience using accounting software is advantageous
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
