Due to continued growth and projects across Central Queensland, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Gladstone-based team.
About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
You will take a hands-on approach to leading crews, coordinate resources and subcontractors,



and drive a solid safety and performance culture while maintaining excellent client relationships.

What we are looking for
Hands on Supervisor / leading hand that has the ability to manage a small team
Strong understanding of civil construction drawings and specifications to always maintain a high standard of safety and quality.
Clear and concise communication with team members and clients alike
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team
Minimum requirements
Previous experience in either Civil Construction, Building sector (commercial)
Ability to lead and direct a team
Driver's licence and construction white card
5 years experience in similar role.
