RSL LifeCare Retirement Village in Ballina is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the on-site café and deliver outstanding hospitality for residents, families, staff and visitors.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff leadership, stock management, food safety compliance and drive community-focused events and marketing initiatives to boost cafe patronage and the overall guest experience.
