With a fun, down-to-earth team, very low staff turnover and a genuinely supportive environment , this is a excellent prospect for an experienced Senior Property Manager looking for their next long-term move.

You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 124 properties, with plenty of support around you so you can focus on providing great service rather than doing everything yourself.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 124 properties,

Portfolio across the Gold Coast

/n
Full-time Leasing Agent supporting you

/n
VA support across entry and exit processes

/n
Strong administrative support around the portfolio

/n
Manage owner and tenant relationships

/n
Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and day-to-day portfolio management

/n
Primarily office-based with minimal time spent on the road

/n
WFH 1–2 days per week

/n

About You /n

We’re looking for someone with:

3–5+ years’ residential property management experience

/n
Strong portfolio management skills

/n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

/n
A proactive and organised approach

/n
Confidence working independently while being part of a close-knit team

/n
A positive attitude and someone who enjoys being part of a excellent culture
