Hedge Espresso is looking for a talented and dedicated Cafe Chef to join our passionate team at our cafe in Salisbury QLD 4107. As a full time Cafe Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious and high-quality meals for our customers.

What you'll be doing /n

Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and snack items from our wide-ranging menu

/n

Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation

/n

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment

/n

Assisting with menu planning and development

/n

Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as required

/n

Working closely with the front of house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What we’re looking for /n

Formal culinary training and/or experience as a chef in a similar cafe or restaurant environment

/n

Strong skills in food preparation, cooking and presentation

/n

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

/n





Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

/n

A passion for creating delicious, high-quality food

/n

A positive, customer-focused attitude
