Our leading home care provider is seeking recent Support Workers to care for a female client, who is suffering from Huntington's disease and requires care on weekdays and weekends. We are wanting to build a specific team to deliver this ongoing care and work in a larger team to support the client.

You will be introduced to the client and add them to your regular roster.

About The Role:

We are seeking Support Workers to work in the greater Jane Brook area.

/n

Our support workers make a difference in the community by facilitating positive health and well-being options for individuals, their families, and carers.

/n

As a Support Worker,



your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including with activities of daily living and providing support services such as Domestic Assistance, Respite, and Personal Care at their homes, this is a community-based position - must hold a WA driver licence and have a reliable car.

Requirements:

Certificate III in Individual Support / HACC / Aged Care / Disabilityor equivalent

/n
MUST have a current WA driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

/n
MUST have a transparent National Police Check, within the last 12 months.

/n
MUST have an NDIS Workers Screening Check.

/n
MUST be fully COVID-19 vaccinated (3-doses)

/n
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

/n
Smart mobile phone

/n
Computer literacy and the ability to access emails

/n
Live within the local area or a 20-minute drive.

/n

We are seeking qualified but you don't need any experience.
