Job Description

Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) invites a Senior People & Culture Officer to join its Canberra-based team. The role covers both the WHS framework and full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to wellbeing, with reporting to the People & Culture Manager.

You'll lead risk and incident management, provide HR guidance across policy and compliance, and support HRIS and reporting, contributing to a healthy, inclusive workplace.
