As a DRIVER, your role is to ensure the timely, correct and protected delivery of goods to our customers, whilst portraying and displaying a skilled standard when representing Pro Plumbing Supplies Vermont. The job purpose of a Delivery driver is to deliver items by preparing, loading, unloading, operating, cleaning/maintaining company vehicles and maintaining records.

We are looking for a reliable & punctual individual, a professional mannerism and the ability to work both autonomously where required and as a part of a team setting.
/n
Your duties will include the following:
/n
/n
Driving and operation of a truck, ute, forklift or vehicle to load and unload goods at the warehouse and on site as required
/n
Accept add-on deliveries required to meet business needs
/n
Clean and inspect goods to be sure they are in good condition and presentable for delivery to customer
/n
Communicate with the Store Manager on customer questions and/or issues; prepare driver notes as needed
/n
Ensure the company vehicles are in good working order, clean and well maintained
/n
Ensure deliveries are timely and accurate
/n
When not delivering, driver to assist in warehouse with daily tasks such as but not limited to receiving items from suppliers; stocking shelves and racks; pulling goods for shipping; preparing and packaging orders as required; cleaning of company vehicles and warehouse and assisting trade counter staff where required.
/n
Having a Medium Rigid License would also come as a advantage.
/n

Please note our workplace will be relocating to Bayswater in the coming months.
