Supervisor/ Assistant Manager – Lucky Neighbour Norwest Quarter | Full-time /n

Lucky Neighbour is a current 200-seat Cantonese restaurant located at Norwest Quarter. We are looking for a hands‑on Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

The role /n

Lead by example and take an active role on the restaurant floor

/n
Recruit, train and develop the front‑of‑house team

/n
Manage daily operations and ensure every service runs smoothly

/n
Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experience

/n
Manage staff performance and create a positive team culture

/n
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team

/n
Handle customer feedback and resolve problems professionally

/n

About you /n

/n
Restaurant management experience, strong Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor experience

/n
Punctual, reliable and well organised

/n




Confident managing and developing your own team

/n
Hands‑on and comfortable working in a busy, high‑volume restaurant

/n
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

/n
Basic wine and beverage knowledge

/n
Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service
