Job Description
The Caledonian Inn (The Stump) in Port Fairy, VIC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant, bistro and events operations.
You will work with chefs on menu planning, supervise staff, manage purchasing and budgeting, and ensure high standards of service and compliance.
