Everyday Independence in Ballarat is seeking a Habit Coach (Allied Health Assistant) to support NDIS participants in their home or community settings.
The role involves driving to sessions, delivering therapy plans under supervision, and helping participants of all ages work toward greater independence.
Ideal candidates are studying OT, SP or Physiotherapy, have a Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance, and possess a valid drivers licence.
