Clinical & Admin Support:
Admin Assistance:Dedicated team handles initial bookings and billing.
Structured Onboarding:3-month ramp-up period with no pressure to meet KPIs
Shadowing and reverse-shadowing with the Team Lead
Report writing support and ongoing feedback
Director lunch check-in after your first month
Client Load:Gradual increase caseload -6-10 clients/weekacross consults, reports, and home visits

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
