Job Description

ahm is hiring a Contact Centre Consultant - Outbound in Melbourne. You will proactively engage customers, understand their needs and help them decide on health cover, building rapport and handling objections to ensure outstanding outcomes.

The role is hybrid with the option to work from home or in the Melbourne office. Training runs full time for three weeks, followed by nesting and on-the-job learning, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
