The Role
Manage an established portfolio of commercial properties
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
Handle day-to-day property management enquiries and requirements
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections
Manage lease administration, renewals and documentation
Monitor rent reviews, arrears and tenant obligations
Prepare owner reporting and correspondence
Coordinate compliance requirements and essential services
Assist with budgets, expenditure and property performance
Manage tenant issues and negotiations professionally
Liaise with owners regarding capital works and maintenance
Work alongside the broader commercial team to maximise client outcomes

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in Commercial Property Management
Organised, proactive and client-focused
Confident managing landlords, tenants and contractors
Knowledgeable in commercial leasing and tenancy matters
Licensed/registered in Queensland
Experienced with Cirrus 8/Released
