Customer Service Representative – On the Road/n

$38.60/hr + bonuses | Mon–Fri | Finish 2–3pm | No weekends

Join Tasty Fresh Food Co. in Bayswater for a customer service role that gets you out and about, meeting people and building relationships with regular customers.

You’ll take ownership of your own lunch van route, with ongoing full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

/n

This isn’t a delivery driver job – customer service is the biggest part of the role.

/n

/n

Full WA driver’s licence required – no P Plates.

What you’ll do/n

Start at our Bayswater depot around 6am, get your van ready and head out on your regular route.

/n

You’ll spend most of your day on the road,



making frequent stops at local workplaces to serve customers, process sales and build relationships with your regulars.

/n

You’ll manage your stock and keep your van organised before returning to Bayswater to unload, complete your stock count and cash up – usually finishing around 2–3pm.

About you/n

Reliability is really important in this role. Your customers and your team rely on you to be there each day, ready to get your route on the road.

You’ll also need:

Strong customer service and people skills

/n
Confidence driving throughout the day and making frequent stops

/n
A reliable work history and robust attendance

/n
Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for your route

/n
Good organisation and plenty of energy

/n
