Key responsibilities

Lead and support the FOH team during busy services

/n
Run sections and assist with overall floor management

/n
Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation

/n
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally

/n
Assist with opening and closing procedures

/n
Support staff training and development Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team

/n
Help maintain smooth, efficient and energetic service

/n
Lead by example and create a positive team environment

/n





/n

About you

/n

/n
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter or similar leadership position

/n
Strong communication and leadership skills

/n
Confidence managing busy services

/n
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service

/n
Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends

/n
Current Victorian RSA

/n
A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to develop into a stronger management role
