Join a highly regarded, design-led architecture practice known for delivering thoughtful, impactful projects across multiple sectors. They have a solid pipeline of work and a team-oriented studio culture, and are looking for a bids/submissions manager to looks after bids from start to finish. This is a pivotal role within the team, working closely with senior architects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on deadlines, storytelling, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and coordination of submissions including tenders, EOIs, panel applications, grants and fee proposals from end to end.
Write, edit and produce high-quality, on-brand submission documents ensuring full compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
Manage submission schedules, tracking systems and portal lodgements while coordinating inputs from directors, project teams and consultants.
Maintain and continuously improve the bid library, including CVs, case studies, capability statements, templates and standard responses.
Oversee pipeline tracking, reporting, win/loss analysis and feedback integration to improve conversion and submission outcomes over time.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering bids, tenders or submissions within architecture, engineering,



construction or a similar project-based environment.
Strong writing, editing and document production skills with advanced layout capability and a sharp eye for detail and compliance.
Confident managing multiple deadlines and complex submissions while coordinating input from senior stakeholders and external consultants.
Experience maintaining CRMs, bid libraries and submission systems with accuracy and consistency.
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to drive process, chase inputs and keep teams aligned under time pressure.
