Mercy Health is seeking a Precinct Manager for Mercy Place Colac, a 107-bed Residential Aged Care Home and 29 Seniors Living Units.
You will lead the Residential Aged Care and Seniors Living Teams, support accreditation standards, and drive a culture of safety, communication and continuous improvement.
This permanent, full time role offers opportunities to liaise with stakeholders, manage budgets and occupancy, and shape person-centred care in collaboration with allied health and hospitality
