Are you a recent graduate in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Plumbing looking for a hands-on career with real purpose?
Our client is seeking a motivated Graduate Medical Gas & Device Technician to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist technical skills while working with critical medical equipment and gas systems that support patient care in hospitals and healthcare facilities across NSW.
No prior industry experience is required.
We are looking for individuals with a strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in a highly specialised field.

What You'll Be Doing:




Test and inspect medical devices and equipment
Assist with servicing and maintenance of medical gas systems
Learn how to diagnose faults and perform repairs
Support compliance testing in accordance with Australian Standards AS**** and AS****
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Work in hospitals and healthcare facilities across metropolitan and regional areas
Build expertise in specialist healthcare technologies through ongoing training and mentoring
About You You are
Technically minded and enjoy hands-on work
Curious and eager to learn new skills
A robust problem solver with attention to detail
Reliable, skilled, and safety-focused
Comfortable communicating with customers and healthcare staff
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Plumbing
Certificate IV in Engineering
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Degree in Biomedical Engineering
Degree in Mechatronics Engineering
A Medical Gasfitting Licence is advantageous but not essential, as training pathways will be supported for the right candidate.
