Connect People are seeking experienced Civil Labourers & Operators for a major roads project commencing in the Ararat, VIC region.

Who we're looking for:
Civil Labourers – Experienced and site-ready
Civil Operators – Excavator, Roller, Loader, Backhoe, Moxy, Dump Truck, Grader, Skid Steer, EWP & more [must be ticketed]
Leading Hands
Electrical Spotters
Rigger/Dogman
HR / MR Drivers & Truck Operators
Other experienced civil / road workers
What you'll require:
White Card
Police Check (current or be willing to obtain)
Current & valid driver's licence and reliable transport




Relevant tickets and licences for your role
Proven experience working in civil construction or infrastructureA strong focus on safety and following site procedures
Reliability, a solid work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
