Tulloch Hill is a unique and welcoming service made up of two adjoining bungalows, supporting five incredible individuals.
While everyone enjoys the comfort of their own home, the heart of our service is our shared kitchen, dining area, and beautiful communal garden, where friendships flourish, meals are shared, and plenty of laughter is heard.
Whether it's baking, gardening, arts and crafts, enjoying a movie night, heading out into the community, or simply spending time together, there's always something happening at Tulloch Hill.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Female Support Worker, you'll help people live life on their own terms, supporting them to achieve goals, build confidence,



and enjoy the things that matter most to them.
Your role could include:
Supporting with personal care and daily living routines
Assisting with cooking, meal preparation, and household tasks
Supporting individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy and PICA awareness
Encouraging independence and developing everyday life skills
Helping people enjoy hobbies, activities, holidays, and community outings
Working alongside families and healthcare professionals
Following support plans and maintaining accurate records
Creating a safe, positive, and empowering workplace every day
One moment you might be supporting someone to learn a new skill, the next you could be out enjoying a trip into the local community, celebrating an achievement, or helping someone achieve a personal goal.
Shift Patterns
We know work-life balance matters, which is why we offer a flexible rota that includes:
Early Shift: 7:30am - 3:00pm
Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Night Shift: 10:00pm - 8:00am
We're always happy to discuss flexible working options wherever possible.
