St Vincent's Public Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Specialist Pharmacist – Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) for the Gastroenterology department.
This max term, part‐time role (20 hours/week through Sept ****) involves inpatient and ambulatory care, education of patients onimmunosuppressants,and active participation in MDT discussions and drug monitoring clinics.
You will develop protocols and lead a pharmacist‐led clinic, contributing to secure, cost‐effective IBD care.
