Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is excited to be partnering with a growing 3PL and eCommerce operation at an impressive state-of-the-art warehouse facility.
With new operations ramping up, we're looking to build a strong team of experienced, reliable and motivated Warehouse Pick Packers who are ready to hit the ground running.
You'll be working in a modern, fast-paced fulfilment environment handling a variety of eCommerce products and well-known brands, so no two days are exactly the same.
If you have solid warehouse experience, know your way around an RF scanner and are looking for consistent Monday–Friday work, we'd love to hear from you.
SHIFTS & PAY RATES
DAY SHIFT
6:00am – 2:00pm
$***** per hour
AFTERNOON SHIFT
2:00pm – 10:00pm
$***** per hour
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your day-to-day duties may include:
Picking and packing eCommerce orders
RF scanning and order processing
Stock replenishment and putaways
Preparing orders for dispatch
Labelling, sorting and checking stock
General warehouse duties
Manual handling




Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for people who are dependable and genuinely want consistent work.
To be considered, you'll need:
Previous warehouse / pick packing experience
Previous RF scanning experience a big plus
Solid picking accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Good communication skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good attendance and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability Monday to Friday
Full Australian working rights
Experience within 3PL, eCommerce, fulfilment or high-volume distribution centres will be highly regarded.
