All Spa is an established local business with 30 years of experience in the spa industry and a large, long-standing customer base throughout our service area.
Our reputation has been built on providing reliable, qualified spa servicing, repairs and customer support.
We are proud to have more 5-star Google reviews than any other spa service business in Australia, reflecting the high standard of service our customers have come to expect from our team.
All Spa also provides the service and technical support behind our Spa World Wollongong store in Albion Park Rail, which has further expanded our customer base and service requirements.
This role is with All Spa, working directly with our existing and growing customer base.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage their day professionally, communicate confidently with customers and represent our business to a high standard when working in customers' homes.
Experience in the pool or spa industry is highly valued, and remuneration will reflect your level of experience, technical knowledge and ability to work independently.

Duties
All type of installation work e.gfilters, pumps, chlorinator, heaters, covers
Troubleshooting and diagnostics of issue/s
Performing water tests and administering chemicals to correct water balance




Cleaning and maintenanceof our regularcustomers spas
Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment repairs, and inventory using ServiceM8
Skills &Experience;
Experience in pool or spa industry is valued
Qualifications for ElectricalDisconnect/Reconnectan advantage
Trade or technical back ground or prepared to complete studies
Wants to play a key role in the growth of an expanding business
Job entails working outdoors and would require some lifting up to 25Kg
Can work independently but at the same time work well within a small team environment
May have a background in a particular trade or handyman skills generally
Can provide good customer service, is trustworthyand has a good work ethic
Has a current drivers licence
