Job Description
Shellharbour Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Officer to enhance patient and carer communication in the Emergency Department waiting area and to help deliver a great patient experience daily.
The role will focus on improving the experience for patients in the ED waiting room, and will oversee coordination of patient and carer communication between patients, carers and clinical staff.
This permanent part time position is 10 hours per week and includes a salary range of AU$82,****** to
