Duties
NDIS / Disability / Functional Capacity Work
Functional capacity assessments (in home/clinic) and associated reporting
Ongoing OT therapy and goal‐directed interventions
Home, community, school, and workplace adaptations
Collaboration with families, carers, teachers, employers,



and other professionals
Work closely with OT and NDIS Team to deliver high‐quality OT services
Individual and group therapeutic interventions
Outreach, in‐office, and telehealth service delivery
Best‐practice assessment, care planning, reviews, and reporting
Collaboration with community members and partner services
Supported pathway for OTs wishing to pursue mental health endorsement
Current AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain)
Willingness to work with First Nations families and communities
Ability to undertake regular travel including overnight stays to regional, rural, or remote communities
