About the Role
Join our team as a Ward Clerk and play a key role in keeping ward operations running smoothly.
You'll manage patient flow, support admissions, transfers and discharges, and work closely with clinical teams to help deliver great patient care.
Manage patient admissions, transfers and discharges
Support bed flow and ward admin
Liaise with clinical, nursing and medical teams
Coordinate with hospital departments and staff
Maintain accurate,



confidential records
Train and support new Ward Clerks
Assist with general and clinical patient care
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll bring strong admin skills, a team focus and a calm, helpful approach to patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Admin experience in a busy, confidential setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and office systems
Current keyboard assessment: 30 to 40 wpm, accurate
Strong organisation, problem solving and customer service
