As our Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in protecting and enhancing the quality and food safety standards behind some of Australia's most trusted food brands.
Working across our milling, flour, packing and rice cakes operations, you'll be the link between quality, food safety and operations.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll spend time on the factory floor, building solid relationships with production teams, investigating non-conformances and customer complaints, identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement initiatives that make a genuine impact.
Key responsibilities
Support both national and export customers by investigating product and quality issues
Coordinate corrective actions and help ensure products consistently meet customer, regulatory and food safety requirements
Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams as a proactive advocate for quality and food safety
Foster a culture of excellence across the site
Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement solutions
Manage customer complaints, non-conformances and corrective actions
About you
Experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment
Passionate about food safety, quality and continuous improvement




Comfortable working closely with production teams and spending time on the factory floor
Strong communication skills and can confidently engage with everyone from operators through to senior leaders
Thrive in a team environment and enjoy collaborating across different functions
Experience managing customer complaints, non-conformances and corrective actions
Exposure to export customer requirements and investigations (highly regarded)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new systems
Knowledge of HACCP, SQF and food safety systems or willing to learn
