Job Description
A rapidly expanding payment technology company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is seeking a Client Success Team Lead for a full time, permanent role in-office.
The ideal candidate is energetic and thrives in a small, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include leading a 4–6 person CS team, onboarding merchants from application to go live, and daily management of the existing merchant base with strong client focus and phone etiquette.
Travel and office-based presence are expected.
