Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, managing invoices and purchase orders, handling customer calls, and supporting both the customer service and fulfilment teams.
The Customer Service Officer will contribute to customer satisfaction and business success by building positive relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Process purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in timely and professional manner
Assist with billing inquiries
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, aiding and resolving issues
Process customer purchase orders including tracking of orders until completion, dispatch and invoicing
Generate and manage invoices for customer orders
Actively identify and resolve any issues with orders and / or escalated to Supervisor
Ensure the accurate and timely updating of the order tracking management software




Support the customer service team with daily tasks and escalations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
About you
Prior experience in a similar role
Capacity for high data volume
Demonstrate ability to work under minimum supervision and collaborate with others to address issues
Reliable and Punctual
High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously whilst dealing with conflicting priorities
A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Strong work ethic
Experience and understanding of working to the appropriate OHS standards
Intermediate skills with the Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel, Word
Adaptable to change, reliable and willing to learn recent processes, new equipment and new technology
