Job Description
Northern Star Resources is inviting applications for a Production Co-Ordinator at Thunderbox Operations.
You will lead the processing department, supervise staff, and ensure safe, productive operation of the plant on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO ex Perth.
This role requires experience across crushing, grinding, gravity, leaching and smelting; you will drive training, performance management and continuous improvement, with a focus on safety and adherence to SOPs.
