About the Role:Casual Early Childhood Educators - Sale & Stratford
Tradewind Australia is seeking passionate Casual Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to support Early Learning Centres across Sale and Stratford locations in Gippsland, Victoria.
This is a great opportunity to work flexibly across a range of centres, gain valuable experience and build positive relationships with children, families and early learning teams.
Qualified Early Childhood Teachers with current VIT registration
Educators with a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)

Skills and Qualifications:
Fully completed Early Childhood Teaching qualification with current VIT registration OR Diploma or Cert III in ECE (or ACECQA equivalent recognition)
Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
Current Do Food Safely Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood and National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
Desired Skills & Experience:
Passion for Early Childhood Education and Care
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative and a willingness to get involved
Ability to work effectively within different teams and environments
Sound understanding of the EYLF and Child Safety Standards
Flexibility to work across all age groups from 0-6 years
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Access to a reliable vehicle to attend shifts is highly preferred
