About the role
ACFM is seeking a motivated and reliable Landscape Gardener to join our growing team.
This hands-on role involves maintaining and enhancing a diverse range of commercial, residential, strata, and public spaces throughout the Illawarra region.
Key responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging, and garden maintenance
Pruning, hedging, mulching, and weed control
Planting and garden rejuvenation works
Irrigation system inspections and minor repairs
Pool and outdoor area maintenance
Operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and machinery
General property presentation and grounds maintenance




Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
About you
Previous experience in landscape gardening, grounds maintenance, or horticulture
Current Driver's Licence (essential)
Truck licence preferred
White Card preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
