Job Description
Harris Farm Markets in Sydney is seeking Store Leaders to support the Store Manager in a fast-paced fresh-food environment.
You will own admin and compliance for the store, roster most departments, keep the back-office ticking, and ensure smooth operations so the Store Manager can lead from the front.
You're the person everyone comes to when something needs sorting, with a focus on service, sales and continuous improvement.
