Casual Duty Manager/ Bar/ Gaming attendant
At the Young Australian Hotel, we are looking to add a new member to our crew.
Currently, we are recruiting a passionate & proactive all rounderto join the friendly and professional team at the Young Aussie Hotel.
More specifically, a Casual Duty Manager & Bar / Gaming Attendant.
You will be responsible for providing friendly and skilled customer service within our busy venue.
The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic, possessing a high standard of presentation.
Able to manage a venue in all facets including overseeing retail, day & night operations dependant on shift.
Qualifications & experience
Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
Sound TAB and Keno knowledgea must!
Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming (RSA & RSG) Statements of Attainment.
Current RMLV & Approved Mangers License are essential
Flexibility in availability to work rostered shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
1 to 3 years experience preferred but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
You can anticipate some of your responsibilities to include:




Work with the Venue Manager to implement the best customer experience - every day.
Manage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basis.
Lead and manage bar and restaurant staff through service periods.
Maintain a sound knowledge of venue products, services, activities, and promotions
Apply sound business acumen to optimize the running of the venue.
Continual compliance associated with running a licensed venue
