Marketing & Content Coordinator - Fitness & Events
MGF Health Hub is looking for an energetic, creative and highly motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator to help bring our community, programs and people to life.
This is an early-career opportunity for someone who loves fitness, understands social-first content and wants hands-on experience building real campaigns, not just simply scheduling posts from behind a laptop.
Working closely with and reporting directly to MGF's Managing Director, you will help plan, capture, create and deliver marketing campaigns across social media, email, events and paid advertising.
Key responsibilities
Planning and executing campaigns for memberships, social events, fitness events, charity events, community initiatives and program launches
Creating campaigns using MGF's Share, Teach, Proof and Give content framework
Capturing high-quality photo and video content inside and outside the studio
Organising, curating and filming member stories, testimonials, interviews, coaching moments and community experiences
Creating and editing reels and short-form content using tools such as CapCut and insta edits
Establish and grow presence on TikTok for both MGF and the managing director's personal brand
Producing email campaigns that explain what we do, demonstrate value and encourage action
Creating social media campaigns across MGF's different programs and audiences
Producing creative assets for organic content and paid advertising
Managing the weekly and monthly marketing calendar

MG (managing Director) is high functioning & always on the go, you'll need to be on to keep up,



but you'll have some serious fun & experiences along the way.
Demonstrated experience creating social media content
Portfolio of content, email marketing or broader campaign work
Confident filming and engaging with real people
Ability to identify interesting moments and turn them into useful content
Comfortable editing short-form video in CapCut or similar software
Experience with Canva, Instagram, Facebook and email-marketing platforms
Clear communication and ability to write engaging, accurate copy
Organised enough to manage multiple campaigns and content requirements
Can work independently while accepting direction and feedback
Confident approaching members and helping them feel comfortable on camera

$60,000 annualised salary, pro rata for the contract period, plus super
