Registered Nurses - Scrub Scout and Endoscopy | Brisbane
Part time, Full time, Casual/Temporary, Permanent
An exciting opportunity is available for passionate Registered Nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care to join a private Surgical Centre in eastern Brisbane.
Permanent full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities are available.
Successful candidates will be versatile to work across shifts Monday to Friday and participate in an on-call roster once established in the role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will play an essential role in supporting perioperative workflow.
You will be supported by experienced clinical educators and ongoing professional development opportunities, all while contributing to a hospital known for its excellence in patient outcomes and supportive team culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting perioperative workflow and maintaining timely theatre schedules;
Communicating effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing teams;
Demonstrating sound clinical judgment and adaptability in a busy environment;
Promoting a culture of safety, empathy, and respect across all interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
Current registration with AHPRA;
A minimum of 2 years' experience in perioperative/ Scrub Scout nursing;
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Endoscopy nursing;
Excellent communication, time management,



and clinical decision-making skills;
A flexible and proactive approach to patient care.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $***** - $*****+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
