Job Description
Port Macquarie Base Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join Medical Ward 1C on a short-term contract basis.
This is an eight-week opportunity running from 28 September to 22 November ****, offering the chance to provide skilled nursing support in a busy medical ward environment.
Accommodation is provided, making this an ideal fit for nurses seeking flexible, temporary work or those relocating to the Mid North Coast region.

Seven-day rotating roster with structured scheduling
Preferred Requirements
Demonstrated experience working in a medical ward environment
Ability to work flexibly across a seven-day rotating roster
Robust clinical assessment and patient care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
Reliable and skilled approach to short-term contract work
Preferred Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current CPR and First Aid certification
