Job Description
Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a six-person team in a high-volume workplace at Campbelltown.
You will drive customer satisfaction, coach staff, and collaborate with sales, warehouse and transport to optimise order workflows.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management and a track record in developing customer service teams, ideally within steel/building products or distribution.
Some after-hours work may be required.
