Job Description
Vitalia's Italian Restaurant in Cairns is hiring an experienced Cook for a permanent, full-time role.
You will prepare and present a range of Italian dishes, including pizzas and focacce, while maintaining quality and presentation.
Responsibilities include mise en place, stockrotation, and ensuring food safety standards throughout service.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cooking experience, strong Italian cooking skills, and the ability to work independently in a quick-paced kitchen
