Seeking:
Experienced QC Manager / Quality Control Manager from the Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry
Location:
South Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton)
Salary:
Market-leading salary and negotiable on experience

10+ years with solid analytical laboratory, supervisory, and department management experience
Education:
Science Degree in Analytical Chemistry

Proven track record managing the day to day laboratory operations of a team of 21 across 3 shifts, 5 days a week.

Able to build strong working relationships within key departments such as manufacturing, warehouse and purchasing.
Highly organised, with great time management and planning ability.

Enjoys problem solving, is thorough, methodical and has a high attention to details.
A passion for chemistry and quality control.
Team Structure:
QC Dayshift: Supervisor + 5
QC Afternoon: Supervisor + 5
QC Night Shift: Supervisor + 4
Sampling: Leading Hand + 2
Documentation: 1
Microbiologists: 0
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality control of:
Raw Materials
Bulk Product and Materials
Packaging
Finished goods
